If the cancellation notice is received prior to September 6, 2024 (14 business days prior to the event), you will receive full credit for your cancellations.

If the cancellation notice is received between September 9^th and September 17^th (13 -7 business days prior to the program), the following fees will be deducted from the final refund amount:

• All Access, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Pass will incur a $100 cancellation fee 
• Sunday and Friday Lunch Pass will incur a $50 cancellation fee
• P&C Licensing and any other pass will not receive any refunds

Cancellations received after September 17^th (less than 7 business days prior to the event or during the event) will forfeit all registration fees. No-shows will not receive a refund.
