Cancellation Policy
If the cancellation notice is received prior to October 2, 2026 (14 business days prior to the start of the event), you will receive full credit for your cancellation.
If the cancellation notice is received between October 3, 2026, and October 13, 2026 (13 -7 business days prior to the start of the event), the following fees will be deducted from the final refund amount:
- All Access, Thursday, Friday and Saturday Pass will incur a $120 cancellation fee.
- Sunday and Friday Lunch Pass will incur a $70 cancellation fee.
- P&C Licensing and any other pass will not receive any refunds.
Cancellations received September 14th or after (less than 7 business days prior to the start of the event) will forfeit all registration fees. No-shows will not receive a refund.
