Drawings, Raffles, Prizes:
Play to Win! Receive a scorecard at registration and visit the exhibitors displayed. You will participate in a ‘game’ with them and they'll stamp your card. Winner will be drawn at the Post Game Celebration and receive $500!
Axe Throwing…The Safe Way! With 3 chances to throw, depending on where you land, you could win $600, $300, or $150. Winners announced at the Post Game Celebration!
Saturday Night Door Prize! Celebrate with us at the Post Game Celebration! Submit your ticket upon entry, and the lucky winner will receive $1000 cash!
Name That Team! Walk the trade show floor and ‘Name that Team’! Visit the two tables that show team logos and/or stadiums, fill out the form, and drop it in the box. Two winners will be drawn and receive $100 cash!
Trade Show Drawings/Prizes! Venture through the trade show, visiting exhibitors with their own giveaways and raffles - you could get your lucky shot!

Registration opens at 7:30 AM. End the day with the 3:30 PM Post Game Celebration with Lexi and the Wildhearts!
Sunday, September 21st
Breakfast opens at 8:30 AM. End the day with a Lunch to Go at 12:00 PM!

Cancellation Policy:
If the cancellation notice is received before August 29, 2025 (14 business days before the start of the event), you will receive full credit for your cancellations.
If the cancellation notice is received between August 30th and September 8th (13-7 business days before the start of the event), the following fees will be deducted from the final refund amount:
All Access, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Pass: a $110 cancellation fee.
Sunday and Friday Lunch Pass: a $60 cancellation fee.
P&C Licensing and any other pass will not receive any refunds.
Cancellations received after September 8, 2025 (less than seven business days before the start of the event) and/or no shows will forfeit all registration fees.
