Rich Douglas

Rich entered the insurance industry back in 1988 after graduating from Bentley University. He joined a local independent insurance agency, Gallant Insurance Agency / L.F. Robbins Agency, and has been there since. Over the past 38 years he has done almost everything there is to do with an independent insurance agency setting including bookkeeping, customer service, sales, operations and managing two of branch offices. Rich obtained his CPCU designation in 2004 and his CIC in 2010. He also holds the AAI and CRIS designations. Rich started teaching for MAIA in 2020 as a commercial lines instructor teaching many AILP courses as well as a program for new agent training in commercial lines.
