Lauren LeClaire is the President and Owner of Stephen Benjamin Insurance Agency, a fourth-generation independent agency based in Sutton, Massachusetts, serving clients since 1939. She joined the agency in 2019, continuing a long-standing family legacy. The agency has deep roots in the Blackstone Valley, having evolved over decades to serve generations of families and small businesses. A Sutton native, Lauren holds a degree in Communication Studies from Northeastern University. Prior to leading the agency, she built a career in media, marketing, and event operations, including roles in the live music and cycling industries. That experience shaped her approach to communication, client experience, and brand development within the agency. Lauren currently serves on the Board of the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents and the Millbury Federal Credit Union Commercial Services Board. Outside of the office, Lauren enjoys the outdoors and serves as the Sports Director for CCB Women’s Cycling and was a former competitive cyclist herself. She also enjoys Eventing and spending time with her horse, Scotch. At home, Lauren and her partner Zack enjoy live music, mountain biking, and their dog and cat, Yukon and Jonathan.
