Jodie Belcher

Manager of Vehicle Services Programs: Registry of Motor Vehicles

Jodie Belcher is the Manager of Vehicle Services Programs for the MassDOT's Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV). She brings more than 25 years of experience in Vehicle Registration and Title Services, including 10 years with the RMV and 15 years in the automotive dealership industry. Jodie began her RMV career at a Service Center before advancing to leadership roles as an Electronic Vehicle Registration (EVR) Compliance Officer and Supervisor for both the International Registration Plan (IRP) and Federal Identification (FID) programs. In her current role, Jodie oversees four key Vehicle Services programs: Electronic Vehicle Registration (EVR), Electronic Liens and Titles (ELT), Insurance Policy Management (IPM), and Vehicle Excise and Valuations. She also serves as the business lead for the Electronic Titles initiative, helping drive modernization and collaboration between the RMV and industry partners. Outside of work, Jodie enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her three children and grandson.
