Felicia Okonkwo

Assistant Registrar of Vehicle Services: Registry of Motor Vehicles

As the Assistant Registrar of Vehicle Services for MassDOT's Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV), Felicia Okonkwo brings more than 25 years of operational management experience with MassDOT and the RMV. Felicia began her career as a Service Center Manager before advancing to roles as a Hearing Officer and Manager of the Revenue Team. Today, as Assistant Registrar, she oversees 13 departments, including Electronic Registrations and Titles, Document Control, Section 5, and Mopeds, leading initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery. Beyond her leadership at the RMV, Felicia serves as a board member of the Boston Art & Music Soul (BAMS) Festival, co-hosts Boston Naturals, and mentors young women through Big Sisters of Greater Boston and Mother Caroline Academy. Felicia is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology and the University of Phoenix.
