Ed Landers

Ed has more than 25 years of civil litigation and trial experience. He has been with Morrison Mahoney since 1996 and a partner since 1999. His practice has concentrated on the defense of professionals, including, among others, attorneys, insurance agents, accountants, real estate brokers, appraisers, and securities brokers. He also represents clients before administrative agencies, regulatory boards, and trial and appellate courts in all facets of civil litigation involving diverse practice areas outside the professional liability field, including employment, product liability, and premises liability. In addition to providing defense in litigation matters, he counsels clients on numerous issues for risk management purposes. Insurers frequently retain him to provide representation with respect to coverage issues. Edwin also has written articles on diverse legal issues for firm and industry publications such as The Standard. He earned a B.A., cum laude from Dartmouth College; and a J.D., cum laude from Boston College Law School.
