Cancellation Policy:

If the cancellation notice is received before October 2, 2026 (14 business days before the start of the event), you will receive full credit for your cancellations.

If the cancellation notice is received between October 3rd and October 13th (13-7 business days before the start of the event), the following fees will be deducted from the final refund amount:

All Access, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Pass: a $120 cancellation fee.

Sunday and Friday Lunch Pass: a $70 cancellation fee.

P&C Licensing and any other pass will not receive any refunds.

Cancellations received on/after October 14, 2026 (less than seven business days before the start of the event) and/or no shows will forfeit all registration fees.
