Special Considerations:
- If you intend to provide food and/or drinks at your booth for participants, these items must be supplied by the Sheraton Boston Hotel. Please contact Katherine Gammer at [email protected]
- No animals are allowed in the trade show.
- While security will be provided from 7:00 AM on Friday through 3:00 PM on Saturday, neither the Association, Capital Convention Services, nor the Sheraton Boston Hotel shall be responsible for the safety of your property or loss or damage from any cause.
Exhibitor Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of 50% is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after July 18, 2026.
