Set Up Only: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Friday, October 23, 2026
Set Up Only: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Trade Show Hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM

Saturday, October 24, 2026
Trade Show Hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Breakdown Only: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Special Considerations: 

• If you intend to provide food and/or drinks at your booth for participants, these items must be supplied by the Sheraton Boston Hotel. Please contact Katherine Gammer at [email protected]
• No animals are allowed in the trade show.
• While security will be provided from 7:00 AM on Friday through 3:00 PM on Saturday, neither the Association, Capital Convention Services, nor the Sheraton Boston Hotel shall be responsible for the safety of your property or loss or damage from any cause.

Exhibitor Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of 50% is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after July 18, 2026.
