Traci Adedeji, CPCU, ARM, API, AIDA, A-CSPO, is an insurance executive, leadership coach, educator, and facilitator who helps professionals grow their confidence, strengthen their communication, and lead with greater clarity and purpose. With more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, she brings deep expertise in personal and commercial lines, underwriting, risk advisory, talent development, and professional education. Traci currently serves as Vice President of Advisor Services at Litmus Risk and is the founder of Positive Paradigm Group, where she provides leadership development, coaching, insurance education, and organizational consulting. Through her work with Leadership Rhode Island and other professional organizations, she has coached and facilitated development experiences for emerging and established leaders, helping them better understand their leadership style, build stronger relationships, and apply their strengths in practical, workplace-relevant ways. A Past President of the CPCU Society, Traci is known for her ability to connect technical insurance expertise with people-centered leadership development.
