Ian Collins

Ian is an associate in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in the areas of employment and labor, professional liability, and insurance defense and represents management and professional clients in a variety of forums. Ian has represented clients before the Massachusetts Appeals Court, various trial courts, the Civil Service Commission, Department of Unemployment Assistance, Massachusetts Commission against Discrimination, and in negotiation, mediation, and arbitration proceedings. He instructs and coaches the Jessup International Law Moot Court Team at Boston College Law School.
