Having exercised since a young age, I personally have seen a difference when I exercise versus when I do not. It’s not just about the scale, it’s about a positive mindset, stress management, being strong and able to move pain-free with age. I view “movement as medicine”. After earning an MBA from Bentley University, I pivoted into a fitness-focused career. I’m a certified Group Fitness Instructor with AFAA (Athletics & Fitness Assoc of America) since 1991 and a certified Personal Trainer with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) since 2000 as well as certified in yoga, pilates, spin, seniors, pre- and post- pregnancy, kickboxing, strength training, nutrition, and weight loss.
