Most of your clients depend on you as the insurance professional to understand their needs for proper coverage. Through a proper Q&A, you are able to get a better understanding of what type of basic coverages your clients need, but also a better understanding of whether your clients need those extra coverages. This course will go over the art of selling and upselling to your clients. We will also go over some endorsements that could be beneficial to your clients. This course will discuss some of the basic endorsements, go through policy language, when they should be added.
