Join Lorna on Saturday, 8:45-9:45 am for Gentle Stretch & Yoga. This class will begin on a chair with breathing and stretching exercises, preparing our bodies for a positive start to the day. You’ll discover stretches you can perform right from your office chair in the future. We’ll progress to some standing yoga poses. Open to all fitness levels. Casual dress attire is welcome.
