Investigation Process: What are adjusters really taking into consideration on Personal Lines and Commercial Lines Auto Claims?

The investigation process in claims handling is one of the most important aspects of their job. This course will take a look inside the investigative processes of Carriers and their Claims Departments. We will analyze the need for recorded statements, scene photos, and any other documentation that may be needed in order for the best decisions to be made on a claim file. The course will also address the different jurisdictional issues that adjusters could be faced with while handling automobile claims.
