Bob has extensive senior financial, operational, and board-level experience in insurance and financial services with major companies on the carrier and distribution sides. He is the founder of SFC Consulting, a firm he established to provide strategic and financial advisory services to companies in transition: organizations positioning themselves for the next growth stage, re-focusing their business strategies, those in need of an exit strategy, and start-ups. Additional services include development of a proprietary strategic financial model, succession planning, financial risk management, and corporate governance. Bob has an extensive network of contacts in the accounting, tax, funding, and IT areas. SFC provides access to these additional services as needed.
