With over 25 years of HR experience, Jill is a nationally certified Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and also holds a Senior Credentialed Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for HR Management. Her HR consulting practice, 21Oak HR Consulting, based in Newburyport, MA, specializes in working with small businesses, nonprofits and startups which employ between two and 200 employees and don't have a full-time, credentialed HR professional on staff (including insurance agencies). Jill worked in corporate HR in Fortune 500 companies for 17 years before starting her own consulting company in 2015. In February of 2016, Jill achieved her bucket list dream of becoming a Jeopardy! Champion and longtime host Alex Trebek called her "weird" on national television.
