Bob has extensive financial, operational, and consulting experience in insurance and financial services. He is the founder of SFC Consulting, a firm he established in 2012 to provide Strategy, Finance and Capital advisory services to insurance agencies and insurance-related companies. Typically, his clients are in transition: positioning themselves for the next growth stage either organically or through acquisition; re-focusing their business strategies; in need of a succession plan; or in need of an exit strategy. Bob’s areas of expertise include: Business valuations Acquisition analysis Managing the acquisition process Perpetuation planning Identifying capital sources Financial analysis of existing operations SFC has an extensive network of contacts in the accounting, tax, funding, and IT areas that that can be accessed as needed. Bob’s experience includes being CFO of an agency aggregator, CFO of a Fortune 200 Insurance Company, and serving on numerous boards of directors.
