Ten CGL Endorsements to Watch Out For

This course will familiarize participants with ten types of endorsements that can severely restrict coverage under the Commercial General Liability (CGL) Policy. Endorsements to be reviewed include those that limit coverage to certain premises and operations. We will discuss residential exclusions, cross liability exclusions, and subcontractor warranties. Lastly, we will review a variety of employee injury exclusions, and address the problem of assault and battery exclusions.
