E&O and Risk Management in 2024!

This program will review meeting the challenge of change in terms of agency law, types of authority, and general duties to carriers. Other areas we will address are the duties of an agent, agency defenses, E&O considerations in agency operations, limited exposures in a data breach, the use of social media and the exposures it poses, and a 360-degree view of E&O Claims.
