Join Char Willingham for a calming, yet rejuvenating chair yoga experience. This session provides an excellent opportunity to learn tools to relieve tension accumulated in the body from the comfort of your chair, which you can then practice during lunch or breaks. Learn how to relieve general stiffness, or tight neck, back and shoulders. Improve flexibility, concentration, and strength while boosting your mood and reducing stress. The movements used also provide long-term benefits with regular practice. We'll kick off this calming chair yoga experience with a meditation practice to boost mental focus, energy, and productivity.
